- 2 T Olive or Avocado Oil
- 6 oz yellow onion, minced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 lbs Ground Beef (recommend 80-85% for this one as too high fat will be wasted)
- 1 15.5 oz can diced or crushed tomatoes (Make sure they are one without added sugar)
- 1-2 T tomato paste
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- 1 T Yellow Mustard
- 2-3 T Primal Kitchen Steak Sauce
- 2-3 T Brown Sugar
- Swerve 1/2 plus 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp allspice (optional) 1/2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp Tamari
- 2-3 T Apple Cider Vinegar
