Where this started

Before I was a health coach, I was the person who needed one.

Polycystic ovarian condition. Binge eating disorder. Major depressive disorder. Hypothyroidism. Level 3 obesity. Metabolic dysfunction. Gastritis. IBS. Autoimmune disease. I lived with all of it, often at the same time, for most of my adult life.

When forty started to look close, I decided I was done being told I was fine. I got serious. I read, I experimented, I tracked, I asked better questions. The more I learned, the more I realized how many of us are walking around sick because nobody taught us what our bodies actually need.
